If you find that some files have not been backed up after the scheduled backup is over, and at the same time when opening the log file, the record shows "An error occurred during the process, the backup has not been completed", it might be caused by the following two reasons:
1. The backup item is still in use: Please confirm whether all the files to be backed up are closed before the scheduled backup starts.
2. The backup item contains files that are not allowed to be backed up: If the backup item contains the file types listed in the following link, those files cannot be backed up.
