Why can’t I use JetDrive Lite on Windows system installed on MacBook via Bootcamp? Its transfer speed is lower than stated on the product specification, but it works well on Mac OS.

This problem is due to incomplete installation of the OS driver. Please ensure that you have installed the correct Bootcamp version (refer to Apple Support for more information), and if any OS driver is improperly installed in Device Manager. To properly install those drivers, please refer to either of the following two methods.

1. Please download corresponding software from Apple website.

2. Please ensure a stable Internet connection while executing Bootcamp. Tick "Download the latest Windows support software from Apple" in Select Tasks.
